Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models while also supporting transformation initiatives through the development of business cases and guiding their implementation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire ClaimCenter. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in developing business cases and project proposals. - Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in GuideWire ClaimCenter. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. |
