Job Description:
The Sales Trainee will play a critical role in driving our sales initiatives and expanding our customer base by selling Travel website Travel CRM and Travel Portal to travel companies. This individual will be responsible for generating leads scheduling product demos sales closing and ensuring a high level of engagement and follow-up with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):
- Cold Calling:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition and overcome objections.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm during calls.
- Fixed Number of Demo Schedules Every Day:
- Schedule a predetermined number of product demos each day.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure availability and preparedness.
- Manage and optimize the demo scheduling process to maximize efficiency.
- Demo Schedule Engagement and Positive Follow-Up:
- Engage clients during scheduled demos addressing their needs and questions.
- Build strong relationships and trust with potential clients.
- Provide timely and positive follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Achievement of set Targets:
- Achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Track performance and take corrective actions as necessary.
Skills Required:
- Degree in marketing business administration or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to schedule and conduct engaging product demos.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
