Essential Responsibilities
Translate the Regional Channel Directors BU channel strategy into actionable plans within the assigned
territory drive cross-BU channel collaboration and oversee end-to-end dealer lifecycle management.
Support regional business growth by tracking end-user market penetration and channel-specific deal win/loss metrics and deliver timely progress updates to stakeholders.
Nurture long-term partnerships with key channel partners in the territory to fuel mutual business growth.
Assist in building and maintaining the local dealer database support dealer candidate screening and nomination and deliver onboard training and ongoing governance for new dealers.
Monitor dealer KPIs conduct performance reviews and ratings per standardized criteria and follow up on corrective actions for underperforming partners.
Support the Regional Channel Director in dealer governance and participate in sub-dealer qualification assessments.
Collaborate to enhance the integration and standardized utilization of existing channels and implement channel effectiveness methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide input on territory division adjustments within the assigned area to ensure optimal market coverage.
Organize local channel training sessions track training outcomes and disseminate BU-level standards best practices and capability requirements across the territory.
Conduct channel compliance audits within the jurisdiction participate in exit interviews and promote a
culture of integrity and compliance across the channel ecosystem.
Strictly adhere to international/local regulations GE Healthcare Promotional Codes and all GE/GE Healthcare compliance policies standards and training requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors degree or above majoring in business marketing engineering or related are preferred.
At least 5 years experience in MedTech industry preferrable in local market.
Prior experience in managerial positions.
First-hand experience in sales or channel management is a must.
Dealer compliance management experience a plus.
Strong communication and maturity to engage with dealers.
Ability to drive cross functional collaborations/provincial taskforce.
Mature communication to resolve disputes
Interpersonal flexibility tolerance and listening skills.
Ability to build rapport energize and influence people.
Strong ethics and integrity and compliance orientation.
