The Plot Thickens: Job Description Senior Account Manager

  • Serve as senior client liaison providing strategic counsel to align business goals with measurable outcomes foster long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for digital/social growth.
  • Lead integrated marketing communications campaignsPR corporate communications and digitalfor MNC clients ensuring strategic planning execution and measurable results.
  • Oversee reputation management and sensitive communications (crisis executive investor relations) integrating geopolitical insights to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
  • Partner with legal compliance and government affairs teams to ensure messaging is compliant and culturally sensitive across markets.
  • Drive new business initiatives using the Blueprint customer journey framework; support RFP development and craft compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Build and nurture APAC stakeholder relationships promoting cross-market collaboration and identifying synergies beyond the immediate team.
  • Manage team structure and resources alongside the Director delegating effectively to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members across markets providing feedback skill development and career guidance to strengthen collective capability.
  • Integrate analytics and measurement into marketing communications plans; guide the team in generating actionable insights to optimize outcomes.
  • Contribute to agency growth through case studies best practice sharing training and proactive resolution of client and team challenges.

  • Bachelors degree in Business PR Marketing Integrated Communications Journalism or a related field.
  • 89 years of relevant experience preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven expertise in traditional PR corporate communications and integrated marketing campaigns for multinational corporations (MNCs).
  • Deep understanding of corporate governance crisis communications investor relations and executive communications within global organizations.
  • Insightful awareness of geopolitical trends and their impact on corporate reputation with experience in compliant messaging for regulated or politically sensitive environments.
  • Skilled in developing integrated marketing communications plans with creativity budgeting and cross-partner collaboration.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills confident engaging senior clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership in team structuring resource allocation mentoring and cross-functional or regional collaboration.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive learning attitude thriving in fast-paced dynamic work environments.
