Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement:Lead the management of client relationships and oversee the delivery of consulting engagements that align with clientobjectives.

  • Project Management:Manage projects frominceptionto completion ensuringtimelydelivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

  • Proposal Development:Prepare and present compelling client proposalsleveragingindustry insights and best practices to address client challenges.

  • Industry Expertise:Maintaina deep understanding of industry trends challenges and opportunities in the Aviation Travel & Hospitality sectors to provide strategic recommendations.

  • Solution Design:Collaborate with team members to design and implement innovative solutions tailored to client requirements.

  • Communication:Develop and deliver presentations reports and other client deliverables that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.

  • Team Leadership:Mentor and guide junior consultants fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

  • Continuous Improvement:Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at enhancing service offerings and improving operational efficiencies.

  • Prior experience with consultancy firms

  • Exposure to Aviation sector

Education qualification:

  • Mastersdegree inbusiness Economics Aviation Management Hospitality Management or related field.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in consulting with a focus on Aviation Travel &Hospitalityor related industries.

  • Proven experience in delivering consultancy engagements and preparing client proposals.

  • Prior experience in Digital Transformation related to Travel & Hospitality verticals

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies; Scrum Master/Product Owner certifications are preferable not mandatory

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills withproficiencyin data analysis tools.

  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific software and tools isadvantageous.

  • Willingness to travel asfor client engagements.
