Job Summary

Job Description:

Draft review negotiate and finalize commercial and corporate agreements including JV Agreements Shareholders Agreements MOUs Franchise
Agreements Lease and Leave & License Agreements Service Agreements NDAs Vendor Agreements and other contracts.
Provide legal advice to management and business teams on corporate commercial and regulatory matters.
Support structuring of business transactions partnerships and investments.
Act as a legal point of contact for clients partners vendors and external stakeholders.
Participate in negotiations and provide practical business-oriented legal solutions.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and internal company policies.
Maintain statutory records legal documentation and coordinate with external counsels and authorities.
Collaborate with internal teams including Finance HR Operations and Business Development.
Mentor junior legal associates and support development of the legal team.
