Develop diverse content formats including thought leadership posts product announcements customer success stories educational content infographics videos and webinar promotions
Collaborate with product marketing content and design teams to repurpose blog posts whitepapers case studies and webinars for social distribution
Maintain brand voice consistency across all social channels while adapting tone for different platforms and audiences
Curate and share relevant third-party content that adds value to our audience and positions us as industry experts
Community Management & Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments messages and mentions in a timely and professional manner fostering positive relationships with our community
Engage with industry influencers partners customers and prospects to expand reach and build meaningful connections
Identify and nurture brand advocates and champions who can amplify our message
Manage social media crisis situations and escalate issues appropriately to leadership
Paid Social & Advertising (optional)
Plan execute and optimize paid social campaigns on LinkedIn Twitter and other platforms to drive lead generation and brand awareness
Manage social advertising budget effectively ensuring optimal ROI and cost per lead/acquisition
A/B test ad creative targeting and messaging to continuously improve campaign performance
Analytics & Reporting
Track analyze and report on social media metrics including engagement reach follower growth website traffic and lead generation
Use social media analytics tools and marketing automation platforms to derive actionable insights
Present monthly performance reports to marketing leadership with recommendations for optimization
Monitor social sentiment and brand health providing insights to inform broader marketing strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product marketing to amplify product launches feature releases and customer wins
Collaborate with customer success team to identify and showcase customer stories and testimonials
Coordinate with HR/recruitment team to promote employer branding and talent acquisition efforts
Requirements
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in English Journalism Communications Marketing or a related field.
Experience:
3 years of experience managing social media for B2B SaaS technology or enterprise software companies
Proven track record of growing social media presence engagement and driving measurable business results
Deep expertise in LinkedIn marketing and familiarity with Twitter YouTube and emerging B2B social platforms
Strong content creation skills with the ability to write compelling copy for technical and business audiences
Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Sprout Social Buffer) and analytics platforms
Hands-on experience with paid social advertising including campaign setup optimisation and budget management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
