Job Summary

Our international pharmaceutical partner is seeking a Sales Executive to lead the commercial and medical representative departments of the company maximizing performance across hospital and retail channels for the entire product portfolio. This involves developing the business plan and strategy for the hospital and retail sectors as well as directing the implementation of commercial and sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining and implementing commercial policies prices and conditions as well as monitoring their execution.
  • Driving the development of annual sales and business plans and ensuring the realization of current sales plans.
  • Monitoring the performance of the portfolio and channels tracking plan achievements and proposing interventions as necessary
  • Developing a comprehensive strategy for the sales team including cycle plans visit strategy targeting and determining resource allocation and monitoring implementation.
  • Directing and coordinating the promotion of products by the medical representative team ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory requirements
  • Establishing and monitoring incentive systems for the entire team.
  • Setting business objectives for medical representatives and commercial colleagues.
  • Developing a strategy and pricing policy for public procurement efficiently managing participation in tenders and preparing bids.
  • Maintaining communication with tendering companies and healthcare institutions.
  • Building close relationships with wholesalers preparing bids submitted through them.
  • Collaborating with other divisions internally and engaging with KOLs relevant authorities institutions and channels (hospital retail)

Requirements:

  • University degree preferably in Economics Management or Life Sciences
  • Proven experience leading commercial departments in the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in prescription-based business is a must
  • Experience with public procurement and tenders can be a great advantage
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English
