Qualifications :
- 6 plus years of legal experience
- Law degree and current practicing certificate
- Proven ability to interpret and apply real estate and agent services licensing regimes and related legislation with demonstrated experience in real estate franchising or similar regulatory licensing environments.
- Ability to proactively identify understand communicate and act on current and future risks
- Proven attention to detail confidentiality and organisational discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain strong relationships and influence others
