Location - Noida (Preferred) Bangalore Hyderabad Pune

Window of Support - 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST or 5:30 PM IST to 2:30 AM IST

Exp Level - 7 to 8 Years

Job Description

We are looking for an MDM support specialist to cater to the requirements of our clients. He/She will be responsible for managing end user devices leveraging Microsoft Intune & SCCM a service that focuses on mobile device management (MDM) that includes Windows Laptops Android & iOS devices. Should have good understanding of Device & Application management Software deployment Policy enforcement & troubleshooting tier2 & tier3 issues on intune & SCCM. Should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to give clear technical instructions. Very good knowledge of intune SCCM & Change Management process. Customer-oriented attitude.

Requirement

End to End Knowledge in Intune/Endpoint Manager Admin Centre Console.

End to End knowledge in Intune on Device Enrollment App Protection Policy App Proxy.

Good knowledge of Intune Windows autopilot configuration & associated troubleshooting.

Knowledge in Samsung Knox (KME) Apple Business Manager.

Exposure in Windows Autopilot and Intune update rings.

Knowledge in Certificates Root & Issuing CAs and SCEP/NDES.

Extensive knowledge in MAM and Application Packaging in Intune.

Knowledge in Intune Connector.

Good Exposure in AirWatch.

Knowledge on Tunnel Configuration and Cloud Connectors in AirWatch.

SCCM Imaging - Experience on OSD Task Sequence PXE Boot Image.

SCCM Patching - Extensive knowledge in Automatic Deployment Rule (ADR) Third Party Patching (Patch Connect Plus) Office Patching.

Intune Application Packaging - Knowledge on PowerShell scripting (Advanced Installer tool knowledge will add value). Knowledge on Win32 app packaging & troubleshooting.

Understanding of Operating System especially Windows 10 & 11 Android iOS/iPadOS & Mac OS.

Good Knowledge in Group Policy and GPO settings.

Exposure in Provisioning of Azure Virtual Desktops and Azure VMs.

Troubleshooting skills to support end users.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to have:

Understanding in Service Now Ticketing Tool.

Knowledge on Incident management and Change management.

Excellent teamwork skills balanced with ability to work alone.

Certifications MD102 - Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate ITIL
