The Intune Administrator is a technical leader responsible for implementing and governing Microsoft Intune and the broader Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) ecosystem across the enterprise. This role delivers modern secure endpoint experiences drives automation and standardization and ensures compliance resiliency and operational excellence for all global devices.


Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain enterpriselevel Intune including tenant organization RBAC segmentation device groups and policy hierarchies.
  • Define and enforce governance frameworks configuration standards deployment patterns and lifecycle management for best practices.
  • Lead modernization initiatives such as Autopilot Zero Trust adoption cloudonly management and migration away from legacy MDM/SCCM.
  • Implement Conditional Access device compliance policies and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint integrations.
  • Operational Excellence & Troubleshooting Collaborate with Security Networking Identity and Helpdesk teams to resolve multidomain issues.
  • Build and maintain security baselines endpoint hardening configurations and encryption standards.
  • Continuously monitor compliance drift and lead remediation efforts globally.
  • Effectively translates communicates and relays technical subject matter content to non-technical audiences.
  • Evaluates recommends and maintains hardware and software management and monitoring tools to meet current and future organizational needs.
  • Provides guidance and advice to less experienced team members.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for complex device policy compliance and deployment issues.


Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
    • Microsoft Intune / MEM.
    • Azure AD (Entra ID) /Conditional Access & Identity Governance.
    • Windows Mac IOS and Android devices.
    • Autopilot & WUfB.
    • App packaging (MSI/Win32/MSIX).
    • PowerShell scripting.
  • Working Knowledge of MDM/MAM concepts Certificates SCEP PKI.
  • Excellent analytical troubleshooting and documentation skills.
  • Experience with
    • Graph API automation.
    • Endpoint analytics & proactive remediations.
    • Co-management with SCCM (if applicable).
    • Zero Trust frameworks.
  • Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 6-9 + years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Systems Administration.
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
