Requirements

5 years of B2B marketing experience preferably in SaaS HCM ATS HR Tech or AI products

Proven success in planning and executing go-to-market strategies for software or platform products

Strong experience with market research buyer persona development and customer validation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to translate complex AI and HR concepts into clear business value

Hands-on experience with B2B demand generation (content paid campaigns SEO email webinars partnerships)

Experience marketing to HR leaders recruiters and enterprise or SMB buyers

Ability to own marketing end-to-end: research strategy execution and performance tracking

Data-driven mindset with experience measuring pipeline MQLs CAC and conversions

Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments

Strong collaboration skills with founders sales product and engineering teams
