Job Summary

Were hiring Business Development Manager

Paanduv Applications is entering a high-growth phase and were looking for a Business Development Manager who understands engineering simulations and value-driven growth.

Tasks

Preferred skills:

  1. Lead pre-sales sales and deal closure activities to achieve financial targets.
  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of company offerings to identify business opportunities.
  3. Direct marketing initiatives through market research and strategic recommendations.
  4. Prepare documentation for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business.
  5. Establish and manage strategic partnerships for business growth.
  6. Ensure complete customer satisfaction before and after-sales.
  7. Collaborate with Application and R&D Engineers to integrate customer feedback into product development.
  8. Create and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients and executives.
  9. Select and implement automation software and platforms aligned with company needs.
  10. Generate research grants for start-ups and navigate government/private tenders.
  11. Proven business development sales and marketing experience.
  12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with automation software.
  13. Strong analytical problem-solving and business acumen.
  14. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English Hindi and other languages.
  15. Effective leadership and management skills.
  16. Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
  17. Detail-oriented and persuasive with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Requirements

This role goes beyond conventional sales working closely with R&D teams researchers and industry leaders across Aerospace Defense and Energy to translate advanced simulation capabilities into real-world impact.
