Tasks
Preferred skills:
- Lead pre-sales sales and deal closure activities to achieve financial targets.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of company offerings to identify business opportunities.
- Direct marketing initiatives through market research and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare documentation for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business.
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships for business growth.
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction before and after-sales.
- Collaborate with Application and R&D Engineers to integrate customer feedback into product development.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations to potential clients and executives.
- Select and implement automation software and platforms aligned with company needs.
- Generate research grants for start-ups and navigate government/private tenders.
- Proven business development sales and marketing experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with automation software.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and business acumen.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English Hindi and other languages.
- Effective leadership and management skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Detail-oriented and persuasive with a focus on customer satisfaction.
