JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A DATA ENTRY/ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATION
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry / Accounts Admin to provide accurate data processing and administrative support to the accounts team. This role plays a key part in maintaining clean consistent financial records and ensuring that internal systems are always up to date.
This position is well-suited to someone comfortable working with numbers enjoys repetitive tasks and takes pride in accuracy. You will help ensure financial and administrative data is captured and maintained in a way that supports smooth business operations.
Responsibilities as a Data Entry/Accounts Administration would be:
Enter invoices expenses and financial data with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
Maintain and update spreadsheets internal databases and ERP systems (Excel-heavy role).
Assist in tracking accounts payable and receivable data.
Reconcile records and identify and flag discrepancies promptly.
Ensure data integrity within accounting ERP systems.
Organise and manage digital documentation and financial records.
Provide general administrative and reporting support to the accounts team.
Follow up internally to ensure all financial records are complete accurate and up to date.
Qualifications as a Data Entry/Accounts Administration:
Proven experience in data entry accounts administration or similar roles.
Strong Excel skills (essential).
Experience working with accounting or enterprise-level ERP systems.
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics AX (2009) or similar versions is highly preferred.
Familiarity with advanced ERP systems such as SAP is also highly regarded.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow set processes efficiently.
High level of trustworthiness and integrity particularly when handling financial data.
Reliable consistent and able to work independently with minimal supervision
