The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on activelysupporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctiveservices to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also
participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical andprofessional part of the Managed Services team you will improve client experiences andmanage the resolution of complex challenges for Salesforce. As an Associate you will support
senior staff engage in research and participate in project tasks tất cả while developing yourskills and knowledge to deliver quality work.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 to 3 years of experience in application support roles
- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Additional Salesforce certifications
- Understanding Salesforce Architecture and data model design
- Managing multiple client environments within SLA frameworks
- Analyzing recurring incidents for preventive actions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for troubleshooting

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices for Salesforce
- Knowledge of ITIL service management practices
