About Us:

Phyllo is a data gateway that allows social data to be accessed from source platforms (e.g. YouTube Twitch Upwork Shopify Twitch etc.). We build the underlying infrastructure that connects with every creator platform maintain a live data feed to the systems used by these platforms to manage creators data and provide a normalized data set so that businesses can use creators data in a simple yet impactful way. Phyllo is looking for a hands-on builder and leader to own and grow our Social Screening business end-to-end. Your goal is to take a high-potential product achieve strong product-market fit with global enterprise customers and scale it into a major revenue driver for Phyllo. This role is about building a new business which is at the intersection of social data and AI

What youll be expected to do:

  • Drive PMF (Product Market Fit) & Growth:Turn early customer interest into a repeatable scalable sales engine across brands agencies and platforms.
  • Enterprise Solutioning:Work closely with global enterprise customers to solve critical problems around social media background screening identity verification influencer vetting and risk management areas.
  • Expansion:Strengthen current use cases and identify new high-impact opportunities to expand or evolve the product.
  • Team Building:Build and lead a high-performing team across sales customer success and operations from the ground up.

Youll be a good fit if:

  • 10 years of experience in building scaling or leading B2B SaaS products.
  • Entrepreneurial Background: Former founder or senior operator who has scaled a B2B SaaS product from India to global markets.
  • Strong Closer:Comfortable selling in ambiguous early-stage environments and leading $100k enterprise deals.
  • Data-Driven Thinker: Able to turn customer feedback into clear actionable inputs for product and engineering teams.
  • High Ownership:You dont wait for directionyou create the plan and execute it.
