- Understanding of API governance versioning and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of API security standards including OAuth2 and JWT.
- Familiarity with telecom platforms digital ecosystems and integration patterns is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements for mobile app features such as recharge bundle purchase payments and account management.
- Translate requirements into end-to-end customer journeys aligned with UX/UI designs.
- Convert journeys and UX/UI designs into API specifications and user stories for seamless app integration.
- Define API contracts including endpoints payloads error handling and performance mechanisms using OpenAPI/Swagger.
- Ensure APIs comply with architecture principles security standards and performance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with product owners architects developers and integration teams to clarify requirements.
- Coordinate with backend teams and third-party vendors for API dependencies.
- Ensure adherence to API governance versioning and documentation standards.
- Validate API compliance with security protocols (OAuth2 JWT) and regulatory requirements.
- Support QA teams in defining test cases and validate APIs during SIT/UAT phases.
- Monitor API performance and usage metrics to recommend improvements.
- Analyze existing APIs and suggest enhancements without impacting live services.
- Provide periodic operational reports on API and feature delivery.
- Recommend improvements to API design and feature workflows based on analytics and feedback.
