Who were looking for:

Youre curious coachable and competitive. You love the chase but you also love the craft - understanding customer pain solving real problems and earning trust. You move fast take feedback well and hate to lose more than you love to win. You want to be part of a high-expectation high-support team thats hungry to build something exceptional.

In this role you will:

    • Build pipeline: prospect new accounts and qualify inbound leads
    • Own the full sales cycle: discovery demo negotiation and close
    • Sell consultatively: understand customer pain map solutions and guide buying decisions
    • Work cross-functionally with Marketing Product and CS to provide customer insight and feedback
    • Collaborate and compete: win together share learnings and hold each other accountable
    • Contribute to our sales playbook: youll help shape how we sell not just follow a script

What were looking for:

    • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales (SDR AE or equivalent)
    • Proven ability to manage a pipeline and close deals
    • Confident presenting to multiple stakeholders
    • Technically curious - you dont need to code but you can hold your own in a technical conversation
    • Naturally curious and coachable - you want to learn improve and grow fast
    • Comfortable with rejection and able to thrive under pressureExperience selling to sales marketing or operations personas
