Mills Construction Inc. is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager / Estimator to lead commercial vertical building projects from preconstruction through closeout. What Youll Do

Lead projects from estimating through final closeout
Review drawings specifications and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates and takeoffs
Manage budgets schedules change orders and cost tracking
Coordinate with superintendents on labor materials equipment and subcontractors
Build strong relationships with owners architects engineers vendors and subcontractors
Oversee project documentation including RFIs RFPs AIs COs submittals invoices lien releases and App for payments
Lead project meetings and keep teams aligned and moving forward

What You Bring

Bachelors degree in Construction Management (or related field)
35 years of experience managing and estimating commercial vertical construction projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Project and estimating/project management software
(Currently using Sage Estimating; transitioning to Trimble which uses Spectrum for accounting and ProjectSight for project management.)
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
