VIE IM Investment Operations Controller(MFD)

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW

• End-to-End management of investment control procedures from opening to closure of credits in line with existing investment policy of the affiliate;

• Digitalization of Investments reporting (Power BI);

• Compliance to Group Investment control rules;

• Quarterly reporting of the investments into the Group system/ERP;;

• Close daily collaboration with commercial team on investment queries;

• Weekly reporting of investment orders status with related KPIs and their interpretation;

• Calculation and follow-up of profitability of Investment and Sold projects at project level;

• Variance / gap analysis of investment decisions vs Actuals Reforecasts Targets;

• Participation in the process of Reforecast and Target;

• Verify and challenge the investment projects;

• Portfolio analysis to improve the profitability per customer;

• Supporting the Business Control during the closing

Are you a MATCH

• Education: - Engineering or Business School background (field of specialization: Economics/ Finance/ Accounting/ Data Science)

• Data-driven at ease with ERP and systems (SAP Power BI) basic accounting background (Opex vs Capex)

• Highly motivated team player reliable and entrepreneur mindset (owner of the tasks)

• Engineering or Business School background (field of specialization: Economics/ Finance/ Accounting/ Data Science)

• Basic knowledge of the industry ( Good to have)

• Languages English ( Must have) Nice to have Dutch and French
