About the role
As the Lead Creative Strategy you will guide a talented creative team in bringing the stories of NSW public education to life through impactful visuals sound and storytelling.
You will lead the planning production and delivery of high-quality multimedia content including video podcast photography and graphics production that showcases our people programs and purpose. Working closely with the Teacher Attraction Initiatives team and a wide range of stakeholders you will ensure all creative outputs align with strategic objectives and support teacher attraction initiatives and campaigns designed to attract passionate high-quality teachers to the profession.
In this role you will balance long-term strategic direction with day-to-day oversight and delivery ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard on time and on message. You will monitor workflows set priorities and support staff to meet deadlines while driving innovation and continuous improvement in creative practice production processes and visual storytelling. You will also oversee the delivery of the Teach NSW Podcast ensuring technical and creative excellence across all episodes from pre-production to final delivery.
As a collaborative and future-focused leader you will guide your team to think creatively work strategically and produce content that engages informs and inspires. Your leadership will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity of the Teach NSW brand helping place great educators in classrooms and influence the future learning of children across NSW.
