As our Lead Technical Support Service you will:

  • Lead and support a team of service engineers fostering a culture of safety collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee team performance recruitment and development helping each team member grow and succeed.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery on client sites and in our facilities aligned with Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) standards.
  • Manage timesheets expenses and approvals to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure maximum value from our services.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance shutdowns breakdown responses and improvement projects.
  • Investigate equipment issues and support technical problem-solving and reporting.

Were looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum Certificate III in a relevant trade.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience in resources and bulk materials handling.
  • A commitment to safety and familiarity with mining industry standards.
  • The ability to interpret technical manuals and drawings with confidence.
