Purpose: To implement Talent Management Talent Development and Engagement processes to cultivate a positive employee experience within the assigned location.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Hiring & Onboarding - Organize and conduct Regional Induction Programs for employees to familiarize them with required processes. Conductconnects with new joinees and gather feedback. Prepare action points post feedback and implement the same in discussion with the lead. Track and ensure all new joinees have received their id cards assets etc. Assign experienced employees as buddies to assist new joiners and facilitate effective communication between them fostering a smooth integration process.
Performance and Rewards - Drive goal-setting process within defined timelines through timely orientation sessions and regular follow-ups. Initiate confirmation process for all new joinees. Seek inputs for confirmation and ensure timely release of confirmation letters. Drive mid-year and annual performance appraisal process and assist in calibration exercise. Initiate PIP for all non-performing cases in collaboration with business team and ensure appropriate closure. Handle any queries pertaining to goal setting and appraisals. Follow-up with IT team for timely resolution of any system-related issues. Collaborate with business teams to complete the annual compensation review process including promotions ensuring alignment with assigned budgets and defined timelines. Resolve any grievances/ issues pertaining to employee performance & -ordinate with respective lead for timely resolution of issues pertaining to incentives / increments.
Talent Development - Ensure execution of trainings as per calendar by liaisoning on internal and external trainers and necessary logistical arrangements for the same. Complete all post training formalities like upload of attendance data preparation of summary details of training to be emailed to trainer etc. Facilitate the identification of critical roles across departments in coordination with business teams to drive succession planning initiatives. Monitor the closure of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for eligible employees by maintaining regular follow-up and tracking progress.
Emp lifecycle management and HR operations - Periodically check with employees for clarity on their job expectations challenges in managing -ordinate with managers to provide necessary clarity where needed. Offer insights and recommendations for policy design based on employee feedback and interactions. Conduct retention discussion in partnership with business to reduce attrition levels conduct exit interviews etc. as part of attrition management. Address employee queries and grievances related to the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) portal and company policies in collaboration with internal teams ensuring timely and effective resolutions. Manage redesignation transfer requests including discussions with the employees their Manager and HoDs.
Organizational effectiveness - Support in executing periodic programs aimed at engaging the employee- e.g. Wellness programs Fun events Celebration of festivals etc. for the assigned location. Partner with various stakeholders for CSR Programs and encourage employee participation in CSR initiatives. Follow up and seek nominations for various recognition programs and ensure timely submission. Execute various employee engagement activities to inculcate a participatory culture such as Town Halls Skip level meetings employee 1-2-1s etc. Drive participation across various teams for vibes survey. Implement the assigned action plan basis the survey findings. Implement various D&I initiatives and seek active participation from all employees at the location.
HR Digitization - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR digitization and provide inputs on areas of digitization. Actively engage in the implementation of assigned digitization initiatives to ensure successful integration and adoption of digital solutions. Continuously monitor the performance of digital HR solutions identify potential issues or areas for improvement and provide feedback for further evaluation and action. Enforce data security protocols and best practices to safeguard sensitive information.
