Position Summary
The Network Deployment Lead Mergers & Acquisitions is responsible for planning designing and executing network infrastructure deployments for new acquired or refitted facilities as part of M&A activities. This role ensures seamless integration of network systems while maintaining enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
Network Deployment & Integration
Lead end-to-end network deployment for new acquired and renovated facilities.
Conduct assessments of acquired environments and identify risks and gaps.
Develop and execute integration plans including LAN/WAN wireless security and telecom.
Standardize network architecture across sites.
Project Leadership
Serve as the technical lead for network deliverables within M&A programs.
Collaborate with PMO to define scope timelines and resource needs.
Coordinate internal teams and vendors for deployment execution.
Manage risks issues and dependencies.
Technical Architecture & Engineering
Create network designs deployment guides and configuration templates.
Validate alignment with security and compliance standards.
Oversee installation and configuration of network hardware.
Ensure testing failover validation and migration planning.
Operational Handoff & Support
Transition integrated facilities to operations teams.
Provide documentation and troubleshooting guides.
Improve processes for future integrations.
Qualifications Required
Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
7 years in network engineering or infrastructure deployment.
Experience leading network integrations for M&A or facility buildouts.
Expertise in LAN/WAN routing/switching firewalls wireless SD-WAN and VPN.
Strong understanding of network security.
Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications Preferred
Experience in global multi-site environments.
Cloud networking familiarity.
Certifications: CCNP CCDP CCIE etc.
Experience in M&A integration teams.
