- Hunt & Close: Identify prospect and close new enterprise customers based in Singapore
- Lead by Example: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 2 sales professionals (1 enterprise 1 SME) driving performance through coaching and hands-on guidance
- Navigate Complexity: Build relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across HR TA and business functions
- Drive Strategy: Develop account plans and sales strategies to penetrate target enterprise segments
- Collaborate: Work closely with Sales Ops Customer Success and Marketing to optimize the sales motion and customer experience
Qualifications :
Required:
- 7 years of enterprise B2B sales experience with proven track record of new logo acquisition
- Strong mentorship and coaching capabilities - you elevate those around you and roll your sleeves up to work with your team through challenges
- Experience selling to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Self-starter mentality with ability to prospect qualify and close independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Other Qualifications Skills and Experience
- Background in job boards HR tech recruitment solutions B2B SaaS or marketplace businesses
- Experience with off-the-shelf product sales (vs. custom-built IT solutions)
- Existing network within Singapores enterprise market
- Prior people management experience
