Job Family Communications
Supports integrated messaging and communications strategies and plans to reach internal and external audiences including our employees clients partners and media investors and Board of Directors across all digital and in-person channels. Manages the smooth progression of content from submission through to the initial stages of the production process including editing and proofreading publication and tracking across several online platforms. Protects promotes and enhances AECOMs brand and reputation supports the organization in delivering strong results aligns storytelling to key business priorities elevates leadership profiles and spotlights employees and their work to enrich the candidate and employee experience.
Job Summary
Prepare format ensure quality publish and track content across several online platforms using various content management systems
Coordinate between key stakeholders including writers editors and other teams
Manage internal and external content development including editorial calendars project trackers newsletters and award submissions
Research outline write edit and proofread communications materials and ensure messages reach target audiences
Leverage communication programs message platforms assets and channels to support business priorities
Track impact of marketing campaigns through performance dashboards metrics and analytics
Monitor inbound emails received via the companys general mailbox and respond to general to moderately complex inquiries
Create media contact list and ensure proper contact management in various communications tools and platforms
Monitor and write summaries regarding AECOMs daily press coverage
Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to manager
Perform simple but varied tasks in compliance with service level agreement process policies and procedures
Assess identified issues and collate documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues
Contribute to various and simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes improve customer experience and increase productivity
May support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- Amenable for night shift schedule
- Open to hybrid set-up (2-3x per week RTO)
- Bachelors degree in Communications English Marketing Journalism or other related disciplines
- At least 5-6 years of professional corporate communications-related experience preferably in a global company
- Should possess excellent organizational proactive problem-solving communication and time-management skills as well as an aptitude for acquiring new digital skills
- Experience in content writing and familiarity with AP style
- Experience with email newsletter platforms and content management systems such as Poppulo SharePoint Salesforce and Adobe Suite an advantage but not required
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
- Strong project management capabilities
