DescriptionTheSenior Training Administratorwill directly support the Learning and Developmentprogrammesacross Outsourcing to theLead Learning & Development Specialistthe role will concentrate on learner enrollment and experience management.
The training administrator will workclosely with all members of the Global Talent Development team andwilllbe responsible forproviding support and administrativeassistancefor all aspects of current and future training programs.
The Role
The L&D training administrator will be mainly responsible for all training logistical preparation and learner experience management. Support will include the following activities:
Pre-Training Activities
Use the organizations learning management system (Oracle Learning Cloud) to create classes and enrollment links
Create and release approved L&D pre-training mailers
Manage and monitor new hire enrollment and update of enrollment status
Send-out training programme invites and reminders
Manage logistical preparation on food venue and training materials (as applicable)
Update training material and training course content when required
Actual Training Activities
Provide on-the-day support for the trainer/facilitator and participants
Post-Training Activities
Consolidate results of the evaluation/feedback forms
Create and release approved L&D post-course mailers
Report Management
Update and manage training calendar participation and budget trackers and issue logs
Generate reports on training activities completion rates and impact
Maintain accurate record of attendance performance and colleague progress
Assist with updating TCT sites
Responsibilities-
QualificationsThe Requirements
(3) years experience as a Training Administrator or similar role/experience
Strong attention to detail and highly analytical
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficient in MS Office primarily in Powerpoint Excel; Intermediate to Advanced level
Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills(written and verbal)
Ability to work collaboratively and has a self-starter attitude
Highly trainable especiallyin usingthelearning management system (Oracle Learning Cloud)
