IM&S R&F Intern - Your future position

As a IM&S R&F Intern in our Budapest office you will support to IM&S R&F team leaders to ensure smooth and timely execution of key this role you will directly report to the Team Manager.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage incoming IM&S PTP related employee and vendor queries via relevant communication channels (e-mail instant messaging tool service management tool)
• Sorting of incoming requests and forward them to the right internal team
• Support purchase order (PO) processes including creation monitoring and follow-up activities.
• Address and mitigate delivery delays ensuring smooth supply continuity.
• Assist users with workflow and approval processes providing clear guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Analyze and resolve queries end-to-end maintaining service level commitments and maximizing customer satisfaction.

You have:

• Ongoing university studies in a Hungarian university

• Fluent English and French level

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
