During our internship program participants will learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. They will get to know our companys functions and operations and they will support our finance team with daily tasks such as standard costing and crafting related communication. You will be part of the global standard product costing as a wing-to-wing process for the assigned regions. This role will support our efforts to ensure the integrity of all financial transactions relating to regular development of standard product costing and the valuation of inventory. The position will work closely with the Standard Costing Analysts (ES and CSM)
Professional Tasks and responsibilities:
- Support the daily costing exercise
- Prepare annual standard product costing profile update and routine workflow requests for plant/warehouse costing updates/extensions
- Work cross functional with operating teams to ensure all data for standard cost calculations are proper
- Support Commercial/Operations & Product Mgmt. on pricing bids and costing issues
- Support Direct Material Productivity (DMP) projects
- Analyse Purchase Price Variance balance
- Respond to client ad-hoc requests for customized data and reports in a knowledgeable and flexible manner
Qualifications :
Required education and experience:
Essential
- Ongoing studies or Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or equivalent
- Strong and effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Excel & MS Office Google tools (sheet)
- SAP experience a plus

- Strong interpersonal skills
