Dometic is a global market leader in the mobile living industry. Millions of people around the world use Dometic products in outdoor residential and professional applications. We are on a growth journey now looking for a new student/intern for supporting our EMEA E-Commerce Consumer Sales Support team.
About the position
At Dometic we count on the consumer sales support team to interact professionally with our valued end-users whenever they have questions. We are looking for a skilled intern to join our team and handle customer inquiries over emails and is able to provide a premium level customer care.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage incoming cases to our customer support regarding a wide range of Dometic related questions from our customers
- Proactively help our customers through a desire to constantly improve our processes
- Be the voice of the customer; bring real customer insights to the E-commerce team
- Make our customers our super-ambassadors
- Make a real impact in providing a premium support together with the team lead and team colleagues
- Help in developing AI tools to raise customer satisfaction

- Employment via a student agency monthly salary paid by the working hours
