Customer Engagement & Sales:
- Meet potential customers at the studio and understand their requirements.
- Present design concepts materials and quotations to clients confidently.
- Build strong relationships and guide clients from enquiry to onboarding.
- Achieve monthly team level sales targets through effective negotiation and closing.
- Must be a driven extrovert individual with sales and customer facing roles.
Design Oversight:
- Collaborate with the team to ensure proposals meet client expectations and brand standards.
- Review designs mood boards and 3D renders before client presentations.
- Ensure accurate Design Information Packs (DIP) are prepared for execution.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of designers and project coordinators.
- Monitor individual and team performance to ensure high productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular training and feedback sessions for team development.
- Holds a high degree of willingness to learn ability to drive performance among independent team members.
Operations & Coordination:
- Oversee project progress from design to handover to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to resolve on-site challenges.
- Must have Site Experience (should be confident that proposed designs can be installed with minimum hassle at site)
- Strong communication skills - Both verbal and written communication skills to be able to construct and defend ideas / designs / pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries sales and project updates in CRM tools.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 to 8 years in interior design sales design consultancy or studio management.
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture or Business Management.
- Strong knowledge of residential interior design processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English Hindi Kannada preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Proficiency in CRM/project management software (Zoho experience is a plus).
