Job Summary
Opportunity for Clinic Manager / Patient Counsellor for a client who is a new-age provider of innovative hair & skin health solutions dedicated to helping individuals achieve confidence and satisfaction through advanced treatments and personalized care.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a patient-facing role preferably within the healthcare or aesthetics industry.
Understanding of dermatology and aesthetics particularly hair loss causes hair treatment procedures (like PRP GFC etc) and transplant procedures will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
Active listening skills and a genuine desire to understand patient needs and goals.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and concisely.
Responsibilities:
Patient Consultations: Conduct initial consultations with potential patients thoroughly evaluating their hair loss concerns medical history and suitability for hair transplant procedures.
Treatment Education: Educate patients on the various hair transplant techniques clearly explaining the process benefits and potential risks involved.
Treatment Planning: Assist patients in selecting the most appropriate hair transplant approach based on their needs and goals.
Financial Guidance: Provide detailed information about the costs associated with hair transplant procedures and the available financing options.
Patient Advocacy: Build trust and rapport with patients addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive and informative experience throughout the consultation process.
Post-Consultation Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up appointments answer patient questions and address any post-consultation concerns.
Maintain Patient Records: Document patient consultations treatment plans and communication clearly and organized.
