Job Summary

We are seeking a Team Lead Google Cloud (GCP) to lead enterprise-scale cloud engagements. The role involves technical leadership solution architecture and delivery oversight across application data and Gen AI initiatives on Google Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of GCP engineers/architects for enterprise engagements.
Drive technical solutioning architecture reviews and POCs including Gen AI use cases leveraging Gemini.
Oversee application modernization cloud-native development and data platform initiatives on GCP.
Ensure adherence to architecture standards best practices security and performance.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders.
Support delivery planning estimations and technical governance.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience leading teams in application data and AI/Gen AI projects.
Expertise in GCP App Services (GKE Cloud Run App Engine Cloud Functions).
Exposure to GCP Data Services (BigQuery Dataflow Dataproc Pub/Sub).
Understanding of DevOps CI/CD and IaC (Terraform preferred).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Google Cloud certification (Professional Architect / Data Engineer).
Experience working in enterprise or professional services environments.
