Job Summary
Role: Consultant SAP Analytics Cloud
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Location: India (Delhi/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai/ Noida/ Pune)
Shifts: UK Shift
Skills Required
- Strong experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) including:
- Live and import connections (S/4HANA ECC Datasphere)
- Data modelling (measures dimensions hierarchies currency/unit conversions)
- Story and dashboard development with performance optimization
- Good understanding of BI data integration and data pipelines
- Experience in incident and service management aligned with ITIL processes
- Proficiency in data validation reconciliation and reporting accuracy
- Knowledge of SAC security roles and access controls
- Ability to troubleshoot data refresh performance and integration issues
- Experience with documentation knowledge transfer and support processes
Nice to Have
- SAC scripting (JavaScript) and advanced analytics
- Performance tuning for large datasets
- SAC Planning and Predictive features
- Exposure to CPI/BTP integrations
- Experience in large enterprise or onshore offshore delivery models
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 / Level 3 BAU support for SAP Analytics Cloud and BI platforms
- Manage incidents problems and service requests through ticketing tools
- Monitor BI jobs data pipelines and reporting availability
- Troubleshoot data integration and performance issues
- Support financial and management reporting including month-end and year-end cycles
- Ensure data consistency across SAP systems and analytics platforms
- Implement report fixes enhancements and minor change requests
- Support data integration from SAP and non-SAP sources
- Validate data models transformations and business logic
- Manage SAC roles authorizations and data access
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories
- Act as the primary BI support contact for business stakeholders
- Participate in service reviews incident analysis and SLA reporting
- Communicate proactively on risks issues and resolution plans
