Job Summary
About Data Quality Team:
Data Quality Team comprises of 8 colleagues in Mumbai who are responsible for updating data in Broking Platform Online as well as providing/removing access to 80 carrier portals to requestors in North America (largely US). This team majorly ensures that the data present on all WTW platforms is accurate and up to date.
Job Summary
Updating changes in Broking Platform
Providing access to multiple carrier sites
Removing access from multiple carrier sites
Communicate with the onshore team in North America to better understand the request and comply with the requirements
To pay attention to detail while work on each request
Ensure adherence to compliance procedures
Principal Duties/Responsibilities
Handle mailbox as per process and timeliness
Working on Carrier Access requests received via Service Hub/Email
Prioritize and organize work on daily basis as per business requirement
Ensure adherence to compliance procedures
Completing Mandatory trainings on time
Work closely with onshore teams to ensure effective delivery of client service
Ensure ongoing effective relationships with stakeholders (Internal - Offices/External - Carriers)
Participate and contribute to potential process improvement areas
Deliver as per defined (KPIs) Key Performance Indicator for the role - Maintain Quality Productivity Turnaround standards
