Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and initiatives including client assignments involving market research financial analysis and report development
Strategic Analysis: Conduct market assessments competitive analysis and business model evaluations to develop data-driven recommendations for growth transformation and market entry strategies
Client Partnership: Build effective client relationships as trusted advisor present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and facilitate executive decision-making processes
Support consulting team in preparation of client pitches presentations and proposals to drive new business opportunities
Mentor junior consultants and drive knowledge transfer across project teams while collaborating effectively with colleagues to build strong internal and external relationships
Operational Reporting: Report to Operations Lead Consulting and respective assignment leads on project progress and deliverables

Exceptional executive presentation and communication skills
Strong analytical background with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements and competing priorities
Ability to work to meet deadlines even when timeframes are demanding
Show proof of rigor and autonomy when working
Willingness to take on new challenges
Professional Competencies
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Excel) with particular strength in financial modelling and data analysis
Superior written and verbal communication skills including report writing capabilities and executive-level presentation development and delivery
Strong analytical capabilities with familiarity in statistical and economic models used for forecasting and analysis
Advanced market research techniques and competitive intelligence frameworks
Experience
6-8 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory or equivalent roles within top-tier management consulting firms (McKinsey BCG Bain Big 4)
Industry expertise in real estate or professional services preferred
Expert financial modelling market research and presentation skills
Proven track record leading complex multi-stakeholder projects
