Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Sales Development Representatives (14 years) with a proven track record in B2B lead generation and pipeline development. As an SDR you will play a key role in prospecting qualifying and booking meetings with senior decision-makers across US India and Singapore markets. You will specialize in one vertical (DataAI Staffing or Managed Services) and work closely with field sales reps to ensure consistent pipeline creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting for assigned territory/vertical.
  • Research accounts and identify key personas (CIO CDO CHRO IT Ops).
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn email phone).
  • Qualify leads using BANT/CHAMP methodology.
  • Book 1012 qualified meetings per month for field sales reps.
  • Track all activities in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Provide market feedback to sales and marketing teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business Commerce Engineering or related field; MBA/PGDM a plus.
  • 14 years experience in B2B inside sales lead generation or sales development.
  • Exposure to IT services cloud data AI or staffing preferred.
  • Proficiency in sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Comfortable working in late/early shifts to support US/EU/APAC.
