Job Summary
What you will do
Working Foreman must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years actual practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller plumbing pipefitting and /or mechanical equipment service industry.
How you will do it
A self-starter who must be able to lead a project team of technicians. Interaction with customers attention to detail in quoting jobs scheduling technician hours promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position. Must be computer literate with necessary ability to develop close and manage all types of quoted work.

Required
- Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada AFL-CIO.
- Be a dedicated member of a North America Branch team willing to learn and be responsible for system trouble shooting repair and aftermarket services for this fast-growing business.
- 5 years of commercial HVAC experiences mechanical troubleshooting experience.
- Valid drivers license appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants boiler and steam operational & service knowledge.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
Pay Range: $61.68 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local laborunion aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
