Job Summary
Position: Project Coordinator IV
Location : Chicago IL (Hybrid)
Duration : 12 Months with EXT
Job Description:
- The Business Project Coordinator will be responsible for driving business initiatives through strong coordination communication and execution.
- This role will support teams by managing timelines and dependencies developing business cases and creating clear executive-ready materials such as status updates dashboards and decks.
- The individual will act as the central point of communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and informed decision-making. The role will coordinate business tasks during PI planning ensuring objectives priorities and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked across teams.
Key Responsibilities -
- Plan coordinate and manage business initiatives from concept to completion
- Track progress timelines risks and dependencies across teams
- Develop business cases proposals and actionable recommendations to support decision-making
- Create and maintain executive dashboards status reports and presentations
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders ensuring clear communication and follow-up
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency accountability and visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in business project management project coordination or consulting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work effectively across teams -
- Proven ability to create polished reports dashboards and executive presentation.
