About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Data Migrator (SD)to lead and support end-to-end data migration initiatives from legacysystems to a new strategic ERP landscape.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring dataaccuracy integrity and compliance throughout the migration lifecycleplaying a critical part in business continuity operational stability andsystem modernization. You will work closely with cross-functional andinternational teams in a structured yet agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data migration activities from legacy SD modules to the target system
- Extract cleanse transform and format data according to new system standards
- Load data using approved migration tools ETL processes and scripts
- Perform data validation reconciliation and quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Identify analyze and resolve data inconsistencies and error patterns communicating clearly with stakeholders
- Maintain detailed migration documentation logs and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with data governance security and regulatory standards
- Support mock runs cutover planning and go-live activities
- Collaborate within Agile or hybrid project environments
Required Experience & Skills
- 5 years of hands-on experience in SD data migration projects
- Strong experience with ERP systems preferably non-SAP to SAP migrations
- Solid understanding of SAP SD processes and workflows
- Experience working with SQL databases Excel and data validation techniques
- Proficiency in ETL processes data migration tools and DQN
- Proven ability to work under time pressure without compromising data quality or structure
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP SD SAP MDG and regulated environments
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and controlled data processes
Education
- Degree in Information Technology Data Management or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Languages
- Portuguese: Native
- English: Fluent (mandatory)
