Our office Fairfield County Implants & Periodontics is seeking a personable and kind-hearted Patient Care Coordinators to join our team! We have a beautiful modern office a wonderful patient population and an enthusiastic team dedicated to quality care.

Your Responsibilities

As a Dental Treatment Coordinator you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from the initial consultation to treatment completion. Your primary responsibilities will include effectively communicating treatment plans coordinating appointments assisting patients with financial arrangements and ensuring a positive and stress-free experience for our valued patients.

• Scheduling patients confirming appointments collecting payments providing a WOW experience for our patients
• Completing treatment consents coordinating patient treatment with other providers
• Answering heavy phone volume emails and text messages
• Regular clerical duties: scanning filing organizing

As one of the essential members of our office you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.

Schedule

Monday-Friday (4 day work week) 7:30am-5:00pm

Office is closed Saturday and Sunday- No Weekend Work

Your Background

The Dental Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care by effectively communicating treatment plans assisting with financial arrangements and coordinating appointments. You also have the following:

• Must live within 25 miles of the office.
• Passionate about customer service
• Previous hospitality experience
• Team player
• Solution-oriented
• Great written and verbal communication
• Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Great attitude and strong work ethic
• Dental experience is not required but it is preferred
• A high school diploma
