Job Summary
An Enterprise organization is undertaking a large-scale digital transformation initiative to deliver simpler more efficient and user-focused digital services. This initiative is focused on modernizing platforms improving service delivery and ensuring secure scalable and high-quality digital solutions through the use of modern engineering standards agile delivery practices and human-centered design.
The digital delivery team operates as a centralized capability partnering with multiple business units to design build and maintain high-impact enterprise platforms and products. These solutions support critical functions such as identity and access management secure transactions and digital service enablement across the organization.
Tasks
- Design develop and maintain full stack solutions for enterprise platforms and digital products
- Implement and support data systems and databases aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Apply security best practices and ensure solutions meet regulatory compliance and organizational standards
- Participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high code quality and consistency
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate applications into CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable deployments
- Monitor application performance identify issues and proactively resolve performance and security risks
- Continuously improve systems by modernizing technologies reducing technical debt and addressing vulnerabilities
- Maintain development artifacts technical documentation and process standards
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and support iterative user-centered delivery approaches
Requirements
- Strong experience in full stack application development
- Solid understanding of modern frameworks databases APIs and cloud-based architectures
- Experience working in agile product-focused delivery environments
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and enterprise compliance requirements
- Experience collaborating with DevOps teams and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
