Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce ecosystem architecture and Revenue Cloud to lead enterprise-grade CRM CPQ Billing and revenue lifecycle transformation initiatives. This role will drive end-to-end solution design enterprise integration strategy and scalable platform architecture across complex multi-cloud environments.
The ideal candidate combines strong architectural governance domain knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and hands-on Salesforce platform expertise with the ability to operate at executive stakeholder levels.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Solution Design
Define end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Revenue Cloud (CPQ Billing Advanced Approvals).
Architect scalable Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Lead-to-Revenue solutions aligned with enterprise revenue models.
Develop high-level and low-level solution design documents (HLD/LLD).
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards security frameworks and compliance mandates.
Revenue Cloud & CPQ Leadership
Lead architecture for Salesforce Revenue Cloud including:
Complex product catalog modeling
Pricing rules and discount frameworks
Advanced CPQ configuration
Subscription management
Billing automation and revenue recognition integration
Design scalable pricing and packaging strategies for multi-entity and global organizations.
Optimize revenue operations processes including renewals amendments co-terming and usage-based billing.
Integration & Data Architecture
Architect integrations between Salesforce and ERP platforms (e.g. SAP Oracle) payment gateways and financial systems.
Design API-led connectivity strategies using MuleSoft or similar middleware.
Ensure clean data models master data governance and revenue reporting accuracy.
Implement event-driven and near real-time data synchronization frameworks.
Technical Governance & Delivery Oversight
Provide architectural leadership across delivery teams.
Review technical designs Apex code LWC components and integration patterns.
Establish DevOps and CI/CD best practices for Salesforce deployments.
Conduct architecture review boards and ensure platform scalability and performance.
Stakeholder & Business Alignment
Partner with Sales Operations Finance Revenue Operations and IT leadership.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable system designs.
Support executive-level roadmap planning and digital transformation strategies.
Provide pre-sales support solution estimation and proposal development when required.
Required Qualifications
10 years of enterprise solution architecture experience.
6 years of deep Salesforce platform experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
Proven experience designing complex Q2C implementations.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems.
Strong understanding of subscription-based and recurring revenue models.
Hands-on knowledge of:
Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce APIs and integration frameworks
Data modeling and governance
Experience working in multi-cloud and hybrid enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications:
Salesforce Certified Application Architect
Salesforce Certified System Architect
Salesforce CPQ Specialist
Revenue Cloud Accredited Professional
Experience in BFSI SaaS or enterprise subscription business models.
Experience with large-scale data migration and transformation programs.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX GDPR etc.).
