The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing large and complex system projects including integration between systems using various technologies. This role requires strong experience in project management business analysis and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with multi-jurisdictional stakeholders and systems that integrate with financial systems preferably within a government service delivery agency.

Responsibilities:
- Manage large and complex system projects.
- Oversee integration between large systems using a variety of technologies.
- Facilitate workshops for requirements elicitation and prioritization.
- Design process flows and model business capabilities.
- Conduct quality control testing and system documentation.
- Lead cross-functional business and technical teams.
- Manage in-house and external resources and stakeholders.
- Lead projects dealing with multi-jurisdictional stakeholders.
- Manage large and complex system projects.

- Minimum 5 years of experience with large and complex system projects.
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Recent experience (in the last five years) in a Senior Business Analyst role for projects of significant complexity (2 Years).
- Recent experience (in the last five years) in a Project Manager role for projects of significant complexity (3 Years).
- Demonstrated experience performing Senior System Business Analyst activities (3 Years).
- Demonstrated PM experience working with and leading cross functional business and technical teams (3 Years).
- Demonstrated experience leading projects dealing with multi-jurisdictional stakeholders (2 Years).
- Demonstrated experience with systems that integrate with a corporate financial system (3 Years).
- Recent experience developing or supporting information systems specific to government service delivery agencies (3 Years).
- Demonstrated experience with project management and solution delivery frameworks (3 Years).
