SaaS Growth and amp; Customer Success Specialist (US and amp; EU Markets)
About the Role
We are looking for a tech-savvy results-oriented SaaS Growth and amp; Customer Success Specialist to join our expanding team at Whatsmark. You will play a key role in supporting our global users managing our SaaS infrastructure and driving growth in the US and European markets.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital networking solutions (QR VCards) and micro-commerce (WhatsApp Store) ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support via remote desktop tools and ticket management systems.
Efficiently manage the platforms admin panel to oversee user accounts and system configurations.
Guide users through the implementation of Digital Business Cards (QR VCard) and WhatsApp Micro Stores.
Manage different user roles and subscription models within the SaaS framework.
Contribute to online marketing and sales strategies tailored for international markets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in the SaaS industry (experience in US/EU markets is a significant plus).
Strong command of digital business solutions specifically QR Code VCards and WhatsApp-integrated e-commerce.
Proficiency in using SaaS management panels and understanding hierarchical user roles.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues through remote support tools.
Proactive self-motivated and capable of working in a remote or hybrid environment.
