Job Summary
JOB DESCRIPTION INVESTMENT MANAGER
1. Key Responsibilities
Investment & Project Management
- Lead and manage large-scale investment projects in real estate or industrial manufacturing from opportunity assessment due diligence to execution and operation.
- Ensure projects meet strategic investment objectives in terms of timeline budget and financial performance.
Deal Advisory & Investment Evaluation
- Play a key role in advising and executing investment deals including feasibility studies financial analysis valuation risk assessment and deal structuring.
- Support Senior Management in making strategic investment decisions.
Financial Analysis & Modeling
- Build review and analyze financial models project cash flows and financial statements.
- Monitor investment performance analyze variances against plan and propose optimization solutions.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main point of contact with investors partners banks consultants contractors regulatory authorities and internal teams.
Ensure clear timely and effective communication
throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management
- Identify financial legal operational and market risks related to investment projects.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to protect investment value.
Reporting & Presentation
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project progress investment performance financial analysis and risk assessment
- Present investment proposals and reports to Senior Management Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
2. Qualifications & Requirements
- 37 years of experience in investment deal advisory or management consulting at Big 4 / Big 3 firms top-tier or second-tier banks financial institutions or investment funds.
- Strong background or exposure to real estate or industrial manufacturing projects is highly preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Finance Banking Economics or related field.
- Solid understanding of financial statements investment analysis and financial modeling.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements and investment reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
