Account Manager (Government / Enterprise GOR/ENT)
Location: Cau Giay District Hanoi
Target Sectors: Government Ministries & Agencies Public Authorities Enterprises
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop relationships with new clients; drive business opportunities for IT products and solutions serving government ministries/agencies and enterprise customers.
- Prepare quotations and bidding/tender documents; coordinate with relevant technical and functional teams to complete project proposals and tender dossiers.
- Manage maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients; regularly update and track comprehensive customer and account information.
- Take full responsibility for achieving assigned sales targets in line with the approved business plan.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders throughout contract implementation and execution to ensure project timelines and service quality commitments are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Economics Business Administration Management Information Technology or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT project sales for enterprises and organizations including government agencies ministries and provincial authorities.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of IT products and solutions for organizations and enterprises.
- Experience working with public procurement and government-funded projects.
- Strong sales negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly income: Base salary KPI bonus (20% of monthly salary) sales commission; total compensation package of up to 27 months salary per year.
- Periodic performance rewards ranging from VND 520 million depending on achievements and award structure (monthly/quarterly/program-based/special performance).
- Bonuses for Holidays Lunar New Year Birthdays and Personal Milestones totaling up to VND per person per year plus 13th-month salary.
- Annual health check-up package valued up to VNDper person.
