We are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic team.

Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a data-driven sales professional to drive revenue growth build executive-level customer relationships and deliver tailored solutions through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration. This role combines consultative selling CRM and BI tool expertise and a passion for customer experience to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver sales revenue results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Strategic Planning: Drive revenue growth through targeted sales strategies contract negotiation and alignment with marketing and product teams.
  • Client Relationships & CX: Build strong client partnerships and champion customer experience improvements across touchpoints.
  • Product & Market Expertise: Master LNWs product suite and tailor pitches using insights from player behavior venue trends and competitor analysis.
  • Data-Driven Sales Execution: Use CRM and BI tools to track leads segment prospects forecast opportunities and identify high-potential targets by region spend and purchase cycles.
  • Reporting & Enablement: Deliver performance updates and customer presentations (e.g. QBRs) to inform strategy and support sales enablement.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Consultative Selling: Skilled in value-based sales and aligning solutions with customer priorities.
  • Executive Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain CXO-level relationships.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong data fluency with experience crafting strategies from performance metrics and market insights.
  • CRM & BI Proficiency: Effective use of CRM systems and BI tools (e.g. Tableau) for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Communication & Influence: High EQ excellent negotiation and strong presentation skills.
  • Adaptability & Initiative: Quick learner proactive self-starter and collaborative team player.

Experience Education and Qualification:

  • More than 5 years of sales account management experience preferred.
  • Experience selling to Clubs and Hotels industry preferred but not essential.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a Business/Commerce discipline are desirable.
