Job Summary

We are seeking a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our strategic retail partners across Australia.

About the Role
As Key Account Manager you will:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue and customer retention.

  • Build strong long-term partnerships with key retail accounts.

  • Coordinate product demonstrations promotions and merchandising with our Marketing team.

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform your sales strategies.

  • Negotiate pricing and delivery terms within your authority and ensure timely order fulfilment.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular performance reports.

What Youll Bring

  • At least 5 years experience in sales or account management ideally in retail or allied industries.

  • Proven success managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly organised able to manage multiple priorities and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).

  • A current drivers licence and willingness to travel across NSW and occasionally interstate.
