Job Summary

The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth across SMB and mid-market segments. The role primarily focuses on inbound leads where you will engage prospective customers understand their business challenges and demonstrate how a broad SaaS product suite can address their operational and growth needs.

This position requires strong consultative selling capabilities relationship-building skills and the ability to guide prospects through a structured and value-driven sales journey.

  • Manage inbound leads efficiently ensuring prompt follow-ups and structured lead nurturing through the sales funnel.

  • Engage with prospects and trial users to assess requirements buying intent and decision-making processes.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders particularly within mid-market and larger accounts.

  • Conduct high-impact product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer-specific business needs.

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification through deal closure.

  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility using CRM tools tracking progress at each stage.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing Product and Customer Support to ensure seamless handovers and superior customer experience.

  • Act as a customer advocate by coordinating internally to address specific business requirements and solution alignment.

  • Stay updated on industry trends competitive offerings and market dynamics to effectively position solutions.

  • Participate in customer meetings partner interactions and industry events as required to support business growth.



  • Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in Inside Sales Business Development or a similar role within software or SaaS environments.

  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong verbal written presentation and consultative selling skills.

  • Prior experience selling SaaS solutions such as CRM ERP Accounting HRMS or business productivity platforms is preferred.

  • Comfortable working independently in a distributed or hybrid sales environment.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems for pipeline management forecasting and reporting.

  • Willingness to travel domestically for client meetings events and relationship building.
